We've gotten lots of requests for clarity on how to add to your pledge. Either for an add-on, the 4 add-ons for $40 deal, or folks who want multiple bags. We want to make that as easy as possible.
Since BackerKit doesn't currently support add-ons, we're using an old trick from other platforms. It goes like this:
- Manually add to your pledge amount for the additional items you would like (see instructions below).
- If you are pledging for the first time, you can skip to step 3 on the instructions.
- The credit for these items will be waiting for you in the post project survey.
The last thing we want is to give you math homework! So we put together a list of totals you can just grab and use. Note that we're using sizes only for bags here, because the messenger and mailbag of each size are the same price. - 2 Bags (Regular + Regular): $338
- 2 Bags (Large + Large): $378
- 2 Bags (Regular + Large): $358

- Large Bag + 1 add-on: $201
- Large Bag + 4 add-ons: $229
Modifying your pledge will not effect your early bird bonus if your initial pledge was in the first 48 hours.

- Select your current pledge by clicking on Manage your pledge on this page, or find your pledge here.
- Click on Edit your pledge.
- Adjust the Total Pledge Amount and Confirm.
